Terms of Service

You may browse some GemDelta pages without an account. Account features, saved watchlists, alerts, collection tools, feedback, and paid features require signing in. You are responsible for keeping your login method secure and for activity under your account.

GemDelta may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or attempt to bypass product limits.

Paid tiers unlock additional tools and quotas, including Supply Watch slots and other paid boards. Subscription checkout, payment collection, invoices, taxes, promotion codes, and payment-method handling are provided by Stripe. GemDelta does not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Unless a checkout page says otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel an active paid subscription through the billing portal in GemDelta. Canceling stops renewal at the end of the current paid period; access can continue until that period ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, bulk export, mirror, or resell GemDelta data or rankings;
• share paid account access outside your own account;
• interfere with the service, rate limits, security controls, billing systems, or other users;
• use automated requests or extension traffic in a way that overloads GemDelta or third-party sites;
• reverse engineer private APIs or use GemDelta to build a competing data product.

GemDelta shows marketplace references, spreads, deltas, scores, supply signals, grading statistics, and related research tools for informational purposes only. GemDelta is not financial, investment, tax, legal, grading, or collecting advice.

Card prices, listing availability, grading outcomes, spreads, scores, and statistics can be wrong, incomplete, stale, delayed, or changed after they are displayed. Marketplace and grading data comes from third-party marketplaces, public sources, and data services. GemDelta does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, freshness, uptime, or that any card will buy, grade, sell, or trade at any displayed value.

You are responsible for your own research and decisions. Do not rely on GemDelta as the sole basis for purchasing, selling, grading, holding, or otherwise transacting in cards or collectibles.

Some marketplace links are affiliate links. Links to eBay may earn GemDelta a commission through the eBay Partner Network, and other marketplace links may also earn a commission. Your price does not change because of an affiliate link.

GemDelta and its site design, copy, software, and original analysis belong to GemDelta or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute substantial portions of the service without written permission.

Pokemon and related marks belong to their respective owners. GemDelta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pokemon, eBay, TCGplayer, grading companies, marketplaces, or card manufacturers mentioned or linked from the service.

GemDelta may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, data sources, plans, quotas, integrations, and pricing. GemDelta may also terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms, nonpayment, abuse, legal risk, or security risk.

GemDelta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GemDelta disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GemDelta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-opportunity damages, or for losses related to card purchases, sales, grading submissions, marketplace listings, account access, data errors, outages, or third-party services.

GemDelta may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when the posted terms materially change. Your continued use of GemDelta after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
